Come to Lisbon for a unique and unforgettable experience, an immersion in Portuguese culture.
In 2017, with my wife and our 3 children, we decided to go on an adventure, and leave everything in France to settle in Lisbon.
At the time, we had the idea of setting up a real estate project for medium-term rental.
After many unsuccessful visits, we fell under the spell of this building in this very authentic neighborhood. When we bought it, the building was in a very poor state of preservation.
After a long period without being lived in, there were hardly any floors left, the load-bearing walls were cracked and there was no waterproofing.
In a nutshell, the building was collapsing.
Surrounded by a dream team, we embarked on the adventure of transforming this abandoned building into a welcoming space.
After 36 months’ work and a lot of paperwork, we created 8 apartments, designed to welcome you.
